As a real estate investor, who has purchased over 40 properties on the MLS, I found the purchase process with BHL group surprisingly convenient. When buying land, one needs to do a lot of due diligence to ensure the feasibility of constructing a home on the property. BHL group does an excellent job of not just acquiring desirable properties, but they also do all the legwork of putting together a packet with all the required information ( Soil Study, Survey, drone photos of the lot, Covenants) for a buyer to make an informed decision. This to me is a key differentiator with BHL as compared to buying a piece of land via the conventional route of using real estate agents.
